Secondary (S1-S4)

Secondary 1
This Lower Secondary Art curriculum focuses on developing foundational skills in observation, composition, and critical appreciation. Students explore the intersection of personal identity and Singaporean heritage through diverse media and digital tools.

Secondary 2
This course challenges Lower Secondary students to bridge technical skill with conceptual depth. Students explore personal identity and urban environments through diverse media while developing critical visual literacy skills.

Secondary 3
This course challenges Lower Secondary students to bridge traditional techniques with contemporary conceptual frameworks. Students develop critical visual literacy and technical proficiency through inquiry into identity, community, and the evolving role of art in a digital society.

Secondary 4
This course deepens the Secondary 4 student’s ability to synthesize technical skills with conceptual depth. It focuses on the development of a personal artistic voice through rigorous investigation of contemporary art practices and traditional techniques in preparation for national assessments.
