Fueling and Caring for My Body
An introduction to nutrition, hygiene, and the physical signs of health and illness.
Identifying different food groups and the benefits of eating a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables.
Learning the importance of handwashing and personal hygiene to prevent the spread of illness.
Recognizing physical cues for hunger, thirst, tiredness, and the need for activity.

Social Skills and Fair Play
Focusing on teamwork, following rules, and managing emotions during group activities.
Understanding the importance of honesty, following rules, and respecting others during games.
Learning how to use verbal and non-verbal cues to work together in small groups.
Identifying common emotions during physical activity and learning simple calming strategies.

Safety and Community Awareness
