Heart, Muscles, and Motion
Students learn about the physical changes that occur during exercise and the benefits of being active.
Identifying the heart as a muscle and observing how it beats faster during play.
Introduction to stretching and muscle-strengthening activities through animal movements.
Identifying various ways to be active outside of school hours.

Healthy Mind and Kind Friends
Exploring emotional health, social interactions, and personal hygiene practices.
Learning to name emotions and practice sportsmanship during group games.
Understanding how handwashing and hygiene prevent the spread of illness.
Recognizing safety rules and the importance of wearing protective gear like helmets.
