Students explore visual storytelling in First Nations Australian art, engaging as respectful audience members and critics rather than as participants. Teacher note: Before delivering this topic, consult local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community protocols. Identify whether any anchor artworks contain symbols that are sacred or not appropriate for student replication, and adjust the viewing selection accordingly.
