Exploring personal identity, recognising and expressing emotions, and understanding personal safety.
Identifying personal strengths and learning how to express a range of emotions in a healthy way.
Understanding physical and emotional changes as children grow, and recognising new responsibilities.
Learning strategies for staying safe in various environments, including online, and identifying trusted adults.

02Taking Care of My Body
Understanding the importance of nutrition, physical activity, and hygiene for a healthy lifestyle.
Exploring the Food Pyramid and understanding how different foods contribute to health and energy.
Establishing daily routines for personal hygiene and recognising the benefits of regular physical activity.
Learning how to respond to feeling unwell and understanding the safe use of medicines.

03Myself and Others
Developing positive relationships with family and friends, and learning to resolve conflicts peacefully.
Appreciating different family structures and understanding the roles and responsibilities within a family.
Exploring the qualities of a good friend and learning how to be inclusive in play and group activities.
Differentiating between normal disagreements and bullying, and practicing strategies for conflict resolution.
