4th Class Gaeilge Bheo: Communicative Irish for 4th Class
This course focuses on developing conversational fluency and literacy through the ten themes of the Primary Language Curriculum. Students engage in authentic tasks to build confidence in using Irish as a living language in their daily lives.

Myself and My Surroundings
Students explore personal identity, family structures, and their immediate home environment through descriptive language.
Describing physical appearance, personality traits, and personal interests using expanded vocabulary.
Discussing family members, household chores, and the physical layout of the home.
Sequencing daily events from morning until night using time markers and connectors.

School and Community
Focusing on the school environment, subjects, and the roles people play within the local community.
Expressing opinions on school subjects, rules, and extracurricular activities.

Giving and following directions to landmarks within the town or village.

Food, Health, and Shopping
