Analysis of unlawful act manslaughter and gross negligence manslaughter, focusing on key precedents and duty of care.

02Tort Law: Negligence and Nuisance
A comprehensive evaluation of civil liability, exploring the tort of negligence, occupiers' liability, and nuisance.
Exploring the foundational elements of negligence, including duty of care, breach of duty, and remoteness of damage.
Investigating the liability of occupiers to lawful visitors and trespassers under the 1957 and 1984 Acts.
Analysing the interference with a person's use or enjoyment of land and the strict liability rule in Rylands v Fletcher.
